This Privacy Policy explains how Ngoc Le handles information when you use the Stamp Memo application and related services.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Stamp Memo
• Application Store means the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) in which the Application has been downloaded.
• Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
• Country refers to: California, United States
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Stamp Memo.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
• Service refers to the Application.
• Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Core Privacy Principles

• No screen media collection: We do not collect or save your images or other on-screen content.

Information We Process

On-Device Content Processing

• Images frames of your screen may be processed on your device to generate stamps. • We do not upload or store your images on our servers.

Usage & Diagnostics

• We may collect app usage and performance data (e.g., session counts, feature usage, device type, app version) through Google Analytics for Firebase to improve the Service. • We collect crash logs and stability data via Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose and fix issues. Crash data can include device and event data around the time of the crash.

Optional User Data You Provide

• If you contact support or opt in to certain features (e.g., bug report, feature request), we may receive your email, feedback, or the data you explicitly choose to save.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data unless you provide them voluntarily (e.g., in a support email). Please avoid sharing sensitive information.

How We Use Information

• Provide the Service: Generate stamps from captured image or image from your library; store data locally; display results. • Improve & secure: analyze usage; monitor performance; detect, prevent, and address errors and abuse. • Advertising (if applicable): show ads and measure effectiveness. • Communicate: respond to support inquiries and notify you of important changes. • Legal compliance: comply with applicable laws, enforce our Terms, and protect rights, safety, and property.

Third-Party Services (SDKs & Processors)

Data Retention

• Stamp Images are saved on your device. • Analytics & Crash Data: retained according to provider default settings and our configuration for troubleshooting and app improvement. • Support Communications: retained as needed to handle your request and for recordkeeping.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Transfers

If you use the Service from outside the country where our servers or providers are located, your information may be processed in other countries with different data protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

Your Choices & Rights

• Ads personalization: You can limit personalized ads in your device settings (e.g., “Reset/Limit Ad Personalization” on Android/iOS). • Analytics/Crash reporting: If the app offers settings to disable analytics or crash reporting, you can use them; otherwise, you may limit data at the OS level. • Access, deletion, correction: Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, delete, or correct personal information, and to object or restrict certain processing. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request deletion.

Do Not Track

We do not respond to Do-Not-Track signals. You can control cookies/identifiers and ad personalization through device settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
